环境友好的泡沫注凝法制备钙长石多孔陶瓷 被引量:1

Fabrication of Porous Anorthite Ceramics by Environmental-Friendly Foam Gel–casting Method

摘要 以碳酸钙、α-氧化铝和二氧化硅为原料、明胶作为凝胶剂,采用泡沫注凝法制备了系列钙长石多孔陶瓷,研究了明胶添加量对制备材料组成、结构与性能的影响。结果表明:明胶添加量对物相组成没有影响,均获得了单相材料;但对材料性能有一定的影响,当明胶添加量由6%(质量分数)增加到12%时,总气孔率由89.7%缓慢降低到88.0%,体积密度由0.28 g/cm^(3)增大到0.33 g/cm^(3),抗压强度由1.02 MPa增加到2.54 MPa,热导率由0.038 W/(m·K)升高至0.059 W/(m·K)。采用此方法可制备出同时具有低密度、高强度和低热导率的钙长石多孔陶瓷。 Single-phase anorthite porous ceramics were in-situ prepared by a foam gel–casting method with CaCO;,α-Al;O;and SiO;as raw materials and environmental-friendly gelatin as a gel.The influence of gelatin amount on the phase composition,microstructure and properties (i.e.,porosity,density,compressive strength,and thermal conductivity) of the samples was investigated.The amount of gelatin has no effect on the phase composition of the prepared material,but it affects the properties.The total porosity decreases from 89.7%to 88.0%,the bulk density increases from 0.28 g/cm^(3)to 0.33 g/cm^(3),the compressive strength increases from 1.02 MPa to 2.54 MPa,and the thermal conductivity increases from 0.038 W/(m·K) to 0.059 W/(m·K) as the gelatin amount increases from 6%to 12%.It is indicated that porous anothite ceramics with a low density,a high strength and a low thermal conductivity could be prepared by this promising method.
