水电站机组下导摆度突变原因分析及处理——以老挝南公1水电站为例 被引量:1

摘要 老挝南公1水电站80 MW水轮发电机组在调试中出现了下导摆度突然增大的异常情况。为了查找导致该变化的原因并消除故障,主要从动静摩擦、质量不平衡、机组轴线、轴承滑转子等方面开展了排查工作。结果表明:机组下导摆度突变是由于轴承滑转子发生倾斜缺陷造成的。为此,通过开展动平衡试验和采取监测探头下移等措施,使下导摆度数据得到明显改善,达到了预期目的。对该水轮发电机下导摆度突变现象的原因分析及故障处理,可为其他类似故障诊断提供一定的参考。 During the commissioning of an 80MW hydro-generator unit of Namkong-1 Hydropower Station in Laos,there was an abnormal situation which was the sudden increase of the lower guide swing.In order to find out the cause of the change and eliminate the fault,an investigation was carried out from the aspects of dynamic and static friction,mass imbalance,unit axis and bearing sliding rotor.The results showed that the mutation of the lower guide swing of the unit was caused by the tilt of the bearing sliding rotor.Through measures such as dynamic balance test and lowering the position of monitoring probe,the lower guide swing data was significantly improved and the expected purpose was achieved.This article introduced the cause analysis and fault handling of the mutation of the lower guide swing of the hydro-generator,which can be used as a reference for improving the efficiency and accuracy of similar fault diagnoses.
