Construction of Index System and Comprehensive Measurement of China’s Industrial Chain Modernization Level

在构建产业链现代化水平测度指标体系和指数的基础上,采用时空极差熵权法、基尼系数、泰尔指数、σ收敛模型测算全国及省级产业链现代化水平。研究表明:全国及大多省份产业链现代化水平均有所提升;省级层面产业链现代化水平分别呈持续攀升型、W型、M型、U型、倒U型、V型和倒V型变化态势;全国区域间产业链现代化水平整体平衡但有扩大趋势,区域间产业创新现代化指数有收敛趋势。据此,应发挥生产率牵引效应,推进发展方式创新转型,深入把握因地制宜战略,为我国产业链现代化发展注入活力。

Based on the construction of the measurement index system and index of industrial chain modernization level,the temporal and spatial range entropy weight method,Gini coefficient,Theil index and σ convergence model are used to calculate the development of the modernization level of national and provincial industrial chains.The research shows that the modernization level of industrial chain in China and most provinces has been improved.At the provincial level,the modernization level of industrial chain shows a trend of continuous rising,W-shaped,M-shaped,U-shaped,inverted U-shaped,V-shaped and inverted V-shaped respectively.The modernization level of national interregional industrial chain is balanced as a whole,but there is an expansion trend,and the interregional industrial innovation modernization index has a convergence trend.Accordingly,it is necessary to give play to the productivity traction effect,promote the innovation and transformation of development mode,and deeply grasp the strategy of adjusting measures according to local conditions,so as to inject vitality into the development of industrial chain modernization.
