数字普惠金融对碳排放效率的影响——空间视角下的实证分析 被引量:30

摘要 基于Malmquist指数方法测算碳排放效率,利用中国30个省、市、自治区(不含西藏和港澳台地区)数据为样本,实证检验数字普惠金融对碳排放效率的影响及机制,结果发现:中国大部分省份的碳排放效率呈逐年下降态势,且存在空间集聚特征;数字普惠金融的发展能够促进碳排放效率的提高,并且碳排放效率具有空间溢出效应;机制检验发现,数字普惠金融对碳排放效率的积极影响主要是通过提高区域创新水平和创业水平实现的;数字普惠金融对碳排放效率的影响具有异质性。建议加强区域间碳减排的交流与合作、继续推进数字普惠金融发展。 This study assesses empirically the impact of digital financial inclusion on carbon efficiency and its underlying mechanisms by calculating carbon efficiency using the Malmquist index method.The research sample comprises 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China's Mainland(excluding Tibet).The analysis reveals that carbon efficiency in most provinces in China is declining year-over-year,exhibiting spatial clustering features.The development of digital financial inclusion can promote the increase of carbon efficiency,and carbon efficiency has a spatial spillover effect.The test on the underlying mechanisms reveals that the positive impact of digital financial inclusion on carbon efficiency is mainly achieved by improving regional innovation levels and entrepreneurial levels.Additionally,the impact of digital financial inclusion on carbon efficiency is heterogeneous.The results suggest that the exchange and cooperation on carbon emission reduction between regions should be strengthened,and the development of digital finance should be promoted.
