动物源性食品中喹诺酮类药物残留检测方法研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 本文综述了喹诺酮类药物检测方法研究进展,其中微生物法操作简单、价格低、所用仪器简单,适合于快速筛选检测;ELISA法特异性较强、操作简单、灵敏性高,适合大量样品及现场快速检测;色谱法具有高效、灵敏度高、准确度高等特点,可用于确证样品。对于动物源性食品中QNs残留分析,可以根据不同检测需求选择合适的检测方法,在筛查检测后针对疑似阳性样品采取国标或行标检测方法确证,是目前最常用的检测方案。未来QNs残留分析发展趋势主要是研究快速可靠的检测试剂盒,及可对多药物残留实现高通量快速准确定量检测技术。 In this paper,the research progress of detection methods of Quinolones was reviewed,including microbiological method,which features simple operation,low price and simple instrument and thus is suitable for rapid screening and detection,ELISA,which features high specificity,simple operation and high sensitivity and thus is suitable for a large amount of samples and rapid detection on the spot,and chromatography,which features high efficiency,high sensitivity and high accuracy and thus can be used to confirm samples.For the analysis of QNs residues in foods of animal origin,the appropriate detection method can be chosen according to the different detection requirements.After screening and testing,the suspected positive samples are confirmed by the national standard or standard test method,which is currently the most commonly used testing program.In the future,the development trend of QNs residue analysis is to develop rapid and reliable detection kits,and to realize high-throughput,rapid and accurate quantitative detection of multi-drug residues.
