摘要
人事制度改革作为医学院校改革的重要组成部分,对于重构适应现代大学组织的新型教师群体具有重要意义。本研究基于北京大学医学人文学院新体制教师视角,采用质性研究方法,以半结构访谈方式了解新体制人文社会科学教师专业发展的外部动力因素状况。研究结果表明,新体制人文社会科学教师对专业发展的环境、制度、培训等外在因素总体上基本满意,提出了学院整体学术研究方向聚焦不足,部分学科团队建设薄弱,社会各层面对医学人文学科重视程度有待提升,以及新体制评价体系有待改善等问题。建议学校从提高医学人文学科的重视程度,破解制约学科发展的瓶颈问题,完善相关制度,搭建教师专业发展平台等方面,为新体制人文社会科学教师的专业发展提供支持。
The reform of the personnel system is an important part of the reform of medical schools.This research collected the data from the faculty in new systems through interviews to find the status of external dynamic factors on professional development and thus to provide a basis for the formulation of school reform programs.Results showed that the faculty in new systems is satisfied with the external dynamic factors,and put forward the problems such as insufficient orientation guidance for of academic research,team building,attention of medical humanities and confusion about the evaluation system.It is suggested that it is important to strengthen medical humanities with efforts to break bottle necks in the faculty development,optimize current system and construct a platform.
