摘要
发现培养选拔优秀年轻干部,是加强领导班子和高素质专业化干部队伍建设的基础性工作,也是顺利推进党和国家各项事业的重要保证。正如庄稼不“墩苗”难有好收成一样,干部的“墩苗”也不可或缺。当前,“墩苗”计划作为淬炼年轻干部的一种重要实践引起越来越多的关注,但在落地实施的过程中也暴露出一些突出问题,亟需以坚持跟踪培养、强化培养实践、加强传帮带管理为着力点,科学有效推进年轻干部“墩苗”实践,更大程度上激励年轻干部担当作为。
Selecting and training outstanding young officials is not only essential to improving the abilities of the leadership and high-caliber professional officials but also an important guarantee for the successful advancement of undertakings of the Party and the state.Just as it is difficult to have a good harvest without hardening the earth around the seedlings,the working experience at the grassroots is also indispensable for the young officials.Currently,the plan of selecting young officials to work at the grassroots has raised more concern while unveiling some obvious problems.It is necessary to focus on tracking young officials'progress,strengthening training practice,and enhancing the tutorial system.In this way,the plan can be implemented scientifically and effectively,and the young officials can shoulder more responsibilities.
