坚持稳中求进,积极推出有利于经济稳定的政策,被明确为2021年中央经济工作会议的要点。“稳中求进”的先决条件是党的领导、政策指导和辩证的全局观。“稳中求进”的着力点,主要围绕经济实现质的稳步提升和量的合理增长,实现生产和消费、价格和利润、投资与就业、税收与收入等关系组合更科学、合理、符合经济逻辑的相互影响变动,进而推动实现与社会主义社会相适应的资本规范健康发展,构建更能平衡好效率和公平的分配制度。
