湖南高职院校专业设置的现状、问题与对策研究

On the Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of the Specialty Setting in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges

湖南各高职院校根据人才市场需求变化,“十三五”期间对专业结构做了一定调整,使开办专业覆盖面更广,结构更加契合产业发展需求,重点专业在校生规模扩大,办学效益与质量有较大提高。但也还存在少数岗位对应的专业设置空缺或布点太少、服务第三产业的部分专业布点过多等问题。为确保高职院校专业设置与区域产业发展紧密对接,教育管理部门应加大对专业设置的指导力度;各高职院校应根据办学定位和自身优势进一步完善专业结构;政府则应完善企业参与机制以充分发挥市场引导作用,并设立专项资金支持急需岗位的人才培养。

In Hunan province, the professional structure of higher vocational colleges, according to the talent market demand, has been adjusted to a certain degree during the 13th Five Year Plan period, so as to make the professional coverage wider, the structure more in line with the needs of industrial development for technical and skilled talents, expand the scale of students in key majors, and much improve the school running efficiency and quality as well. However, some problems still exist such as too few specialties in accordance with posts, while too many specialties serving the tertiary industry. In order to ensure a close connection between the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges and the development of regional industry, relevant education management departments are expected to strengthen their guidance of specialty setting;higher vocational colleges should further improve their professional structure according to their school running orientation and their own advantages;the government are supposed to improve the enterprise participation mechanism to give full play to the guiding role of the market,and set up special funds to support the training of talents in urgent need of posts.
