摘要
在线教学中,学习者的学习满意度是衡量在线教育质量的重要指标,而教师关怀行为和学生学习投入对大学生的学习满意度都具有一定的影响。研究通过对2021年参与在线教学的635名大学生展开问卷调查,探讨三者之间的关系。研究发现,在线教学中教师关怀和学生学习投入总体水平不高,有待进一步加强;性别、院校类型因素会影响大学生的在线学习投入和学习满意度;在线教学中的教师关怀正向预测学习满意度,而学习投入在教师关怀和学习满意度间起部分中介作用。因此,保障在线教学质量,需完善在线教学环境,为教师提供在线教学培训,增强学生内在学习动机。
In online teaching, the learning satisfaction of learners is an important indicator to measure the quality of online education, and the caring behavior of teachers and students’ learning investment have a certain impact on the learning satisfaction of college students.The study conducted a questionnaire survey of 635 college students who participated in online teaching in 2021 to explore the relationship between the three.Research has found that the overall level of teacher care and student learning engagement in online teaching is not high and needs to be further strengthened;Gender and college type factors will affect college students’ online learning investment and learning satisfaction;Teacher care in online teaching positively predicts learning satisfaction, and learning input plays a part of the mediating role between teacher care and learning satisfaction.Therefore, to ensure the quality of online teaching, it is necessary to improve the online teaching environment, provide online teaching training for teachers, and enhance students’ intrinsic learning motivation.
