摘要 【目的】研究辊式粉碎机快辊表面线速度及辊间隙对玉米粉碎粒度及粒度分布的影响。【方法】采用双因素(辊间隙和快辊线速度)试验设计对玉米进行粉碎,辊式粉碎机的辊间隙为0.5、1.0和1.5 mm,快辊线速度为4、6和8 m/s(快辊与慢辊速度比为2.5∶1);粉碎后的样品采用BT-2900动态图像颗粒分析系统测定粒度;采用SAS的最小二乘法构建辊式粉碎机工艺参数预测模型。【结果】辊式粉碎机的辊间隙显著影响成品重量几何平均粒径(d_(gw))、重量几何标准差(S_(gw))和目标区间占比(P<0.05),辊间隙增大,d_(gw)和S_(gw)随之增大,目标区间占比减小。快辊表面线速度、辊间隙及二者交互作用显著影响成品d_(gw)(P<0.05),随着快辊表面线速度的增加,d_(gw)逐渐降低。当辊间隙(X_(1))为0.5、1.0和1.5 mm、对应的线速度(X_(2))分别为8、6和6 m/s时,目标区间占比较高,粉碎效果较好。辊式粉碎机工艺参数计算模型为:d_(gw)=701.82X_(1)−62.23X_(2)+1000.30;S_(gw)=0.26X_(1)−3.70e^(−17)X_(2)+2.07。【结论】线速度及辊间隙均可影响玉米粉碎粒度及粒度分布,需根据饲料使用需求合理设置线速度及辊间隙。 [Purpose]To study the effect of surface linear velocity and roller gap of the fast roller on the particle size and particle size distribution of corn pulverization.[Methods]Two-factor experiment design was adopted.The roller gap of roller crusher was 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mm,and the linear velocity of the fast roller was 4,6 and 8 m/s(the speed ratio between the fast roller and the slow roller was 2.5∶1).The particle size of corn samples was determined by BT-2900 dynamic image particle analysis system.The least square method of SAS was used to construct the model and the process parameter calculation prediction model of roller mill was obtained.[Results]The geometric mean particle size of weight(d_(gw)),geometric standard deviation of weight(S_(gw))and the ratio of target inter-val of the finished product were significantly affected by the roll gap of roller crusher(P<0.05).With the increase of the roll gap,d_(gw) and S_(gw) increased,and the ratio of target interval decreased.Surface linear velocity,roll gap and their interaction significantly affected the d_(gw) of finished product(P<0.05).With the increase of fast roller surface linear velocity,d_(gw) gradually reduced.When the roll gap(X_(1))was 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mm,and the corresponding linear velocity(X_(2))was 8,6 and 6 m/s,re-spectively,the ratio of target interval was relatively high,and the crushing effect was better.Process parameter calculation model of roller crusher are:d_(gw)=701.82X_(1)−62.23X_(2)+1000.30;S_(gw)=0.26X_(1)−3.70e^(−17)X_(2)+2.07.[Conclusion]Both linear velocity and roller gap can affect the particle size and particle size distribution of corn pulverization,suitable linear velocity and roller gap could be set up based on feed requirement.
