摘要 研究热裂解炭黑在全钢子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶和胎侧胶中使用热裂解炭黑分别部分替代炭黑N234和N330时,胶料的加工安全性、硫化特性、物理性能和工艺性能均可满足正常生产要求,成品轮胎性能满足使用要求,同时可降低生产成本,并促进废旧轮胎回收利用。 The application of pyrolysis carbon black in all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that when pyrolysis carbon black was used to partially replace carbon black N234 and N330 in the tread compound and sidewall compound respectively,the processing safety,vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and processing properties of the compound could meet the requirements of normal production,and the performance of the finished tires could meet the requirements of use,meanwhile,the production cost was reduced and the recycling of waste tires could be promoted.
