政府购买区级公共图书馆运营服务的实证研究——以成都市龙泉驿区图书馆为例

An Empirical Study on the Government's Purchase of Operation Services of District-level Public Library:The Case of Chengdu Longquanyi District Library

近年来,我国地方政府纷纷新设立或改扩建区级公共图书馆,区级公共图书馆的社会化运营在现实中有着迫切需求。以成都市龙泉驿区图书馆社会化运营为案例,介绍政府购买龙泉驿区图书馆运营服务的动因和具体实践,明确政府购买图书馆运营服务取得的成效,探讨区级公共图书馆社会化运营过程中存在的问题和挑战,并提出相关优化策略。通过探索政府购买区级公共图书馆社会化运营服务机制的完善,为区级公共图书馆的可持续发展提供解决之道。

In recent years,local governments in China have established or renovated district level public libraries one after another,the socialized operation of district level public libraries has a urgent need in reality.Taking the socialized operation of the library in Longquanyi District,Chengdu as an example,this paper introduces the motivation and specific practice of the government's purchase of library operation services in Longquanyi District,clarifies the effectiveness of the government's purchase of library operation services,and discusses the existing problems and challenges in the process of socialized operation of district-level public libraries,and proposes relevant optimization strategies.By exploring the improvement of the socialized operation service mechanism of the government-purchased district-level public library,it provides a solution for the sustainable development of the district-level public library.
