摘要 目的探讨新生儿重症监护室(NICU)睡眠保护策略对早产儿神经发育的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月本院新生儿重症监护室收治的100例早产儿为研究对象,按时间先后分为对照组(2019年1月—2019年12月)和观察组(2020年1月—2020年12月)各50例,对照组给予常规睡眠护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用睡眠保护策略进行干预,观察并比较两组早产儿的纠正胎龄36周时振幅整合脑电图各参数水平以及出生3个月的神经发育情况。结果观察组睡眠觉醒周期次数显著多于对照组,且出生后3个月的Gesell发育量表5个能区的分值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论睡眠保护策略能减轻NICU压力环境对早产儿的刺激,促使早产儿形成良好睡眠,促进其神经发育。 Objective To investigate the effects of sleep protection program in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)on the neurodevelopment of premature infants.Methods Select 100 premature infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as the research objects,and divide them into the control group(from January 2019 to December 2019)and the observation group(from January 2020 to December 2020),50 cases in each group,the control group was given routine sleep care,and the observation group used sleep protection strategies to implement intervention on the basis of the control group.The parameters of amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram corrected at 36 weeks gestational age and neurodevelopment of 3 months after birth were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The number of sleep-waking cycle in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the five distinguishable values of the Gesell development scale at 3 months after birth were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sleep protection program can reduce the stimulation of NICU stressful environment on premature infants,promote the formation of good sleep in premature infants,and promote the neurological development of premature infants.
