摘要
针对橡胶模压硫化工艺的硫化模具加热,阐述普通加热(热板加热)硫化工艺中存在的问题和电磁加热硫化工艺的优点,并分别对电磁加热硫化工艺与普通加热硫化工艺橡胶支座进行抗压性能和抗剪切性能试验。结果表明,电磁加热硫化工艺充分解决了普通加热硫化工艺能量损耗大以及橡胶制品硫化时间长、硫化均匀性和性能稳定性差等问题,能满足橡胶行业越来越高的环保要求。
In view of vulcanization mold heating for rubber molding vulcanization process,the problems in the ordinary heating(hot plate heating)vulcanization process and the advantages of the electromagnetic heating vulcanization process were discussed.The rubber bearings were produced by using the electromagnetic heating vulcanization process and the ordinary heating vulcanization process,respectively,and the compression resistance and shear resistance of the rubber bearings were tested and compared.The results showed that,the electromagnetic heating vulcanization process fully solved the problems of large energy loss,long vulcanization time,poor vulcanization uniformity and poor performance stability of the rubber products in the ordinary heating vulcanization process,and could meet the increasing high environmental protection requirements in the rubber industry.
