Electric/Thermal Integrated Demand Response of Virtual Power Plant Considering User Comfort

摘要 随着分布式能源、储能的迅速发展,虚拟电厂中电、热等多类型负荷需求量持续增长,为实现满足用户舒适度的虚拟电厂优化运行提出了更大的挑战。为此提出一种考虑用户舒适度的虚拟电厂电/热综合需求响应建模方法。首先,阐述电/热虚拟电厂的构成,建立供电设备的出力模型及基于峰谷分时电价的电负荷需求响应模型;其次,建立虚拟电厂中供热设备的出力模型及基于用户舒适度的激励型热负荷需求响应模型;最后,建立考虑平均热感觉度预测指标的用户舒适度约束的虚拟电厂运行成本优化模型,通过实际算例比较分析不同需求响应实施场景下虚拟电厂的运行成本,以指导虚拟电厂进行最优电/热综合需求响应方案的选择,从而验证了电、热负荷综合需求响应有助于缓解负荷需求量大对虚拟电厂运行稳定的冲击并且有效优化虚拟电厂的运行成本。 With the rapid development of distributed energy and energy storage,the demands of electricity,heat and other types of load in virtual power plants continue to grow.This poses a greater challenge for virtual power plants to realize the optimal operation to meet the user comfort.Therefore,this paper proposes a modeling method of electric/thermal integrated demand response of virtual power plant considering user comfort.Firstly,the composition of electric/thermal virtual power plant was demonstrated,and the output model of power supply equipment and the model of load demand response based on peak valley time-of-use(TOU)price were established.Then,the output model of heating equipment in a virtual power plant and the demand response model of incentive heat load considering user comfort were established.Finally,we considered the average thermal sensitivity prediction index and established the operation cost optimization model of virtual power plants with user comfort constraint.We compared and analyzed the operation cost of virtual power plants under different demand response scenarios to guide the virtual power plant to select the optimal electric/thermal integrated demand response scheme.The result verifies that the electric and thermal load integrated demand response can help alleviate the impact of large load demand on the operation stability of virtual power plants and effectively optimize the operation cost of virtual power plants.
