摘要
操纵稳定性是汽车的重要性能,它决定着汽车的行驶安全性。为了研究某FSEC赛车的操纵稳定性,便于后续的悬架结构改进工作,基于Adams对赛车进行各子系统建模并装配成整车。然后按GB/T 6323—2014对整车模型设计进行稳态转向仿真和蛇形驾驶仿真,最后根据QC/T 480—1999对相应结果进行评分,得到稳态转向和蛇形驾驶综合评分分别为90.95分和89.70分,有效降低赛车研发成本。
Handling stability is an important feature of the car,which determines the driving safety of the car.In order to study the handling stability of an FSEC racing car and facilitate subsequent suspension structural improvement work,the various subsystems of the racing car were modeled and assembled into the whole vehicle based on Adams.Then,according to GB/T 6323—2014,the steady-state steering simulation and snake-shaped driving simulation were carried out on the vehicle model,and finally the corresponding results were scored according to QC/T 480—1999,and the comprehensive scores of steady-state steering and snake-shaped driving were 90.95 and 89.70,respectively,effectively reduces research and development costs.
