坚持中国特色的改革创新之路——新时代背景下的中国数字经济发展模式

Persisting in Reform and Innovation with Chinese Characteristics——The Development Model of China’s Digital Economy inthe New Era

数字经济已经成为推动世界各国经济发展的关键力量,中国如何在新时代背景下探索符合国情的数字经济发展模式具有重要的战略意义。中国数字经济发展存在对制造业渗透不足、数据孤岛、信息安全等问题,中国面临数字经济如何在全球经济中突围、数字经济与技术创新之间的新型关系的双重挑战。为探索中国特色的数字经济改革创新之路,提出了战略、产业、技术、制度四条发展路径,并基于中国数字经济发展进程提出了相关政策建议。

Digital economy has become a key force to promote the economic development of all countries in the world. Exploring a digital economy development model in line with its national conditions under the background of the new era has great strategic significance for China. The difficulties and challenges in the development of China’s digital economy have been analyzed to find that China’s digital economy has encountered such problems as insufficient penetration of manufacturing industry, data islands, and information security. In addition, China is faced with the dual challenges of how to break through the digital economy in the global economy and the new relationship between digital economy and technological innovation. Four development paths of strategy, industry, technology and system, and relevant policy suggestions based on the development process of China’s digital economy are put forward to explore the path of digital economy reform and innovation with Chinese characteristics.
