党建引领乡村治理的路径研究——以云南省元江县邑慈碑村为例

Study of the Path of Rural Governance Led by Party Construction: A Case Study at Cibi Village, Yuanjiang, Yunnan

乡村治理是乡村振兴战略、国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,党建引领是乡村治理顺利推进的重要前提和有力保障。云南省玉溪市元江县邑慈碑村通过组织建设引领乡村治理能力、制度落实引领乡村贯彻国家政策、以服务引领凝聚多元治理主体三方面,有效地缓解了农村党组织建设与新时代乡村振兴、现代化乡村治理的要求不匹配的情况,探索了党建引领乡村治理的基本经验。

Rural governance is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy, the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, and the guidance of Party building is an important prerequisite and strong guarantee for the smooth progress of rural governance. The realization of the party leading the rural governance has been achieved through organizing construction leading rural governance capability, system implementation leading the country to carry out national policy, and service leading multiple governance, which effectively alleviates facts that the rural party organization construction does not meet the requirement of the rural revitalization and modern rural governance in the new era in Yuxi.
