基于中医传承辅助平台探析当代医家治疗糖尿病视网膜病变用药规律

Analysis of the Medication Rule of Contemporary Medical Doctors for Treating Diabetic Retinitis Based on the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

目的采集1970—2020年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中中药有效治疗糖尿病视网膜病变3种证型的医案,运用传统中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)进行分析和总结归纳,并探索出新的药对运用于临床治疗。方法将CNKI中运用中医药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的案例筛选整理成数据库,在此基础上应用平台的各种运算法则进行数据分析,探究其中的用药规律。结果共运算出新的组方96个,包含中药203味。其中中药的性味多为味甘苦、辛性寒。运算后得到新的用药组方17个,中心组合30个。结论根据平台软件的归纳总结及演化,针对糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinitis,DR)的治疗应遵循补虚活血化瘀的治疗法则。

Objective Medical records of traditional Chinese medicine effectively treating three syndromes of diabetic retinopathy were collected from the China economic journal full text database(CNKI)from 1970 to 2020,and the assisted platform software(V2.5)was applied through traditional Chinese medicine transmission analysis and summary induction were performed,and novel drug pairs were explored for use in clinical treatment. Methods Screening and sorting out cases of diabetic retinopathy treated by traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI,and based on this,various operational algorithms of the platform were performed for data analysis to explore the medication rules among them. Results A total of 96 new group formulae were calculated,containing 203 herbs in traditional Chinese medicine. Among them,the taste of the traditional Chinese medicine was mostly sweet and bitter,pungent and cold. After the operation,17 new medication group squares were combined,and 30 core groups. Conclusion According to the inductive summary and evolution of platform software,the conclusions are drawn for a treatment law targeting diabetic retinitis to replenish deficiency and invigorate blood circulation and eliminate stasis.
