Research Progress of NLRP3 Inflammasome and Its Relationship with Digestive System Diseases

摘要 NOD样受体热蛋白3(NLRP3)炎性小体是人体免疫系统的重要固有成分,主要产生和分泌成熟的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)等关键下游促炎细胞因子,导致机体的炎症反应,而IL-1β是NLRP3发挥作用的最主要促炎因子。NLRP3可以识别或被多种危险信号主动激活,致使主要的促炎因子IL-1β表达水平上调。研究数据显示,NLRP3炎性小体可影响动脉粥样硬化、免疫性疾病、炎症性疾病等多种类型疾病的进程,是目前研究最为广泛的炎性小体,已成为近年来的研究热点。文章对NLRP3炎性小体的激活调控机制及近些年来它在消化系统疾病中的运用以及关系作一综述,旨在为临床消化系统疾病的治疗提供新的治疗思路及靶点方向。 The NOD-like receptor thermoprotein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is an important inherent component of the human immune system,which mainly produces and secretes mature interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-18(IL-18)such key downstream pro-inflammatory cytokines cause the body’s inflammatory response,and IL-1β is the most important pro-inflammatory factor for NLRP3. NLRP3 can recognize or be actively activated by a variety of danger signals,leading to the up-regulation of the main pro-inflammatory factor IL-1β. Research data shows that NLRP3 inflammasome can affect the progression of various types of diseases such as atherosclerosis,immune diseases,and inflammatory diseases. It is currently the most widely studied inflammasome and has become a research hotspot in recent years. This article reviews the activation and regulation mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome and its application and relationship in digestive system diseases in recent years,aiming to provide new treatment ideas and target directions for the treatment of clinical digestive system diseases.
