融合电网运营效益与规划效益的投资优化方法研究

为解决包含运营效益与规划效益的电网投资规模优化问题,基于多地区投资优化指标体系,建立了包含投资规模预分配、投资规模修正分配、投资方案优化的投资规模优化模型,通过二进制粒子群优化算法筛选出电网投资备选方案,进一步对备选方案进行择优,得到电网投资最优方案。

For the optimization problem of power grid investment scale including operational benefits and planning benefits,based on the multi-regional investment optimization index system,an investment scale optimization model including investment scale pre-allocation,investment scale correction allocation,and investment plan optimization is established.The optimization algorithm screened out the grid investment alternatives,and further selected the alternatives to obtain the optimal grid investment.
