GIS耐压放电定位装置的研究与设计

摘要 随着现代技术的发展,GIS设备的应用已成为现阶段变电站基础设备,绝大部分投运的GIS设备运行稳定可靠,未发生一类障碍及以上事件。然而,在GIS设备的制造和运输中,设备的内部结构通常会残留细微的缺陷,如金属颗粒、气隙、GIS部件紧固件的弱化和相对位移等。GIS安装中会出现绝缘破坏、密封错误、放置不正确以及灰尘污染等事件。微小的缺陷会在运行期间成为放电通道,并导致绝缘故障。因此,基于设备的特性,在GIS投入运行前,需要做好现场安装条件的检查,对耐受交流电压进行全面的测试,以检测运行中的绝缘缺陷。 With the development of modern technology,the application of GIS equipment has become the substation basic equipment at this stage.It is stable and reliable for the GIS equipment in operation,and there is no operation obstacle event.However,in the manufacturing and transportation of GIS equipment,subtle defects remain in the internal structure of the equipment,such as metal particles,air gap,weakening and relative displacement of GIS component fasteners;insulation damage,improper sealing errors,incorrect placement and dust pollution will occur in GIS installation.Minor defects become a discharge channel during operation and lead to insulation failure.Therefore,based on the characteristics of the equipment,before the GIS is put into operation,it is necessary to check the field installation conditions,and conduct a comprehensive test on the durable AC voltage to detect the insulation defects in operation.
