摘要
干燥受潮的二次端子盒,是正确获取试验数据和评估高压设备运行状态的一种重要手段。针对当前干燥方法存在温度难以控制和人员高坠风险的不足,研制出一种智能温控干燥装置。基于温度采集和控制模块实现对温度的精准控制。同时,利用除湿模块提升二次端子盒内空气流通速度,加快析出湿气的排出。理论分析与现场实践表明,所研装置原理简单,操作方便,有效提升了现场作业的高效性与安全性,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。
It is an important means to get correct test data and evaluate the operation status of electric equipment by Drying damp secondary terminal box.In view of the shortcomings of traditional drying methods,such as difficult to control temperature and high risk of falling,an intelligent temperature control drying device was developed.Accurate temperature control is realized based on temperature acquisition and control module.At the same time,the dehumidification module is used to improve the air circulation speed in the secondary terminal box and accelerate the discharge of moisture.Theoretical analysis and field practice show that the device is simple in principle and convenient in operation,which can effectively improve the efficiency and safety of field operation,and has a good application prospect and promotion value.
