Analysis and Prospect of Offshore Natural Gas Status

海上天然气具有辐射范围小、生产受环境制约、供需不平衡、气田稳产期短等不足。分析历年海上天然气的运行数据发现,海上天然气现阶段还存在部分富余产能无法得到充分释放、特殊季节供需不平衡以及新气田难以接替等销售瓶颈和问题。通过采取与国家管网互联互通、提前做好接气及检维修计划、充分发挥液化天然气的灵活性、不断推进天然气增储上产等运营策略,不仅可以确保现阶段天然气销售的供需模式得到平衡稳定的发展,也为海上天然气进一步向内陆延伸、发展和突破奠定坚实的基础。

Offshore natural gas has shortcomings such as small radiation range,environmental constraints on production,unbalanced supply and demand,and short stable production period of gas fields.Based on the analysis of offshore natural gas operating data over the years,it is found that there are some sales bottlenecks and problems such as the inability to fully release some of the surplus production capacity,the imbalance of supply and demand in special seasons,and the difficulty in taking over new gas fields.Through adoption of the operational strategies of interconnecting with National Oil&Gas Pipeline Network Corporation,preparing gas connection and inspection and maintenance plans in advance,giving full play to the flexibility of LNG,and continuing to promote natural gas reserves and production increasing,the balanced and stable development of the supply and demand model of natural gas sales at this stage was ensured,and a solid foundation was laid for further development and breakthrough of offshore natural gas inland.
