摘要
醚前碳四主要用途是生产甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE),进而作为汽油高辛烷调和组分或裂解得到高纯度异丁烯及其下游产品。中国石油化工股份有限公司有43套气分装置,其异丁烯的质量分数为6.52%~36.36%,异丁烯质量分数的差异会影响到MTBE装置的产量及经济效益。通过MTBE装置在不同原料下的技术经济分析,推导出醚前碳四随异丁烯质量分数变化的回归公式,为醚前碳四的合理定价提供了理论依据。
The main purpose of pre-ether C;is to produce methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE),which is then used as a gasoline high-octane blending component or cracked to obtain high-purity isobutene and its downstream products.China Petrochemical Corporation has 43 sets of gas separation plants with the mass fraction of isobutene from 6.52%to 36.36%.The difference in mass fraction of isobutene will affect the output and economic benefits of the MTBE plant.Based on technical and economic analysis of the MTBE unit under different raw materials,the regression formula of the change of pre-ether C;with the mass fraction of isobutene is deduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable pricing of pre-ether C;.
