摘要
分析了某延迟焦化装置的能耗分布,得出该装置能耗主要集中在燃料气、蒸汽和电的消耗,提出了加热炉对流段改造、柴油产品及其他流程优化、压缩机转子改造、机泵叶轮切割等相应的节能措施。通过落实这些措施,装置能耗显著降低。
This paper analyzes the energy consumption distribution of a delayed coking unit,and comes to the conclusion that the energy consumption of the unit is mainly concentrated in fuel gas,steam and electricity.Some energy conservation measures are put forward,such as modification of convection section of coking furnace,process modification of diesel products and others,modification of rotor of compressor and impeller cutting of pump,and so on.By implementing these measures,the energy consumption of the unit has been significantly reduced.
