摘要
在国家推行职业教育1+X证书制度试点工作背景下,C职业技术学院参与了43个职业技能等级证书试点工作。文章以此为背景,剖析了1+X证书试点工作中遇到的困难,提出了相应的实施建议。研究结果表明,高职院校专业人才培养方案、课程体系、课程标准、授课内容、课程考核等与“X”职业技能等级证书的无缝衔接,可以有效提高技术技能型人才培养质量。
In the context of the pilot work of the national implementation of the 1+X certificate system of vocational education,C Vocational and Technical College participated in the pilot work of 43 vocational skill level certificates.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered in the 1+X pilot work and puts forward corresponding implementation suggestions.The results show that the seamless connection between the professional talent training scheme,curriculum system,curriculum standards,teaching contents and curriculum assessment of higher vocational colleges and the"X"vocational skill level certificate can effectively improve the training quality of technical skilled talents.
