现代企业越来越重视从高校招聘和培养人才,高校也越来越重视在校学生的职业教育,可即便如此,还是有许多初入职场的大学生不知道该如何适应企业环境,从而造成较高的离职率,这不仅延缓了人才成长的速度,也增加了企业的用人成本。基于此,文章详细论述了新入职的大中专学生快速适应职场、完成职场新人到职场达人转变的几点“心”“意”。
