产科护士职业倦怠及工作投入的调查 被引量:7

Investigation on Occupational Burnout and Job Involvement of Nurses in Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要 目的分析调查产科护士职业倦怠及工作投入情况。方法2020年6—12月通过整群抽样方法选取该院20名产科护士,选择工作投入量表、职业倦怠量表、自制问卷开展问卷调查,对问卷调查结果进行总结分析。结果全部20名产科护士的职业倦怠评分结果为:个体成就感、去人格化、情感耗竭评分分别为(35.61±6.59)、(17.06±4.29)、(40.38±6.35)分。工作投入评分结果为:活力、专注、奉献评分分别为(18.29±9.22)、(16.25±6.31)、(12.26±3.82)分。全部20名产科护士中,共17名护士出现职业倦怠,发生率为85.0%(17/20)。与其他收入组的产科护士相比较,月收入>8000元的产科护士的情感耗竭、去人格化以及个人成就感等职业倦怠评分明显低(P<0.05),工作投入总分明显高(P<0.05)。与其他学历水平组的产科护士相比较,本科及以上学历水平的产科护士的情感耗竭、去人格化以及个人成就感等职业倦怠评分明显低(P<0.05),工作投入总分明显高(P<0.05)。与其他年龄组的产科护士相比较,年龄≥41岁组的产科护士的情感耗竭、去人格化以及个人成就感等职业倦怠评分明显低(P<0.05),工作投入总分明显高(P<0.05)。结论产科护士出现职业倦怠的风险较高,其工作投入则处于较低水平,在临床管理工作中应制定人性化、有针对性的管理对策,进而来对护士的工作压力进行有效缓解,对职业倦怠进行有效预防,让护士工作投入水平明显提升。 Objective The job burnout and job involvement of obstetric nurses were analyzed and investigated.Methods From June to December 2020,20 obstetric nurses in the hospital were selected by cluster sampling method,and the questionnaire survey was carried out with job involvement scale,job burnout scale and self-made questionnaire.The survey results were summarized and analyzed.Results The job burnout scores of all 20 obstetric nurses were(35.61±6.59),(17.06±4.29)and(40.38±6.35)points in personal achievement,depersonalization,emotional exhaustion,respectively.The scores of work involvement of vitality,focus and dedication were(18.29±9.22),(16.25±6.31)and(12.26±3.82)points respectively.Among the 20 obstetric nurses,17 nurses had job burnout,and the incidence was 85.0%(17/20).Compared with obstetric nurses in other income groups,obstetric nurses with a monthly income of more than 8000 yuan had significantly lower scores of job burnout scores such as emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal achievement(P<0.05),and had significantly higher total work investment(P<0.05).Compared with obstetric nurses in other educational level groups,obstetric nurses with bachelor's degree or above had significantly lower scores of job burnout scores such as emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal achievement(P<0.05),and had significantly higher total work involvement(P<0.05).Compared with the obstetric nurses in other age groups,the obstetric nurses in the age≥41 year old group had significantly lower scores of job burnout scores such as emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal achievement(P<0.05),and the total work involvement was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk of job burnout of obstetric nurses is high,and their work investment is at a low level.Humanized and targeted management countermeasures should be formulated in clinical management,so as to effectively alleviate the work pressure of nurses,effectively prevent job burnout,and significantly improve the level of nurses'work investment.
