心理一致感在护士工作压力与共情疲劳间的中介作用

The Mediating Role of Psychological Coherence in Nurses'Work Stress and Empathy Fatigue

目的探讨心理一致感在肿瘤医院护士工作压力与共情疲劳间的中介作用。方法2021年1-6月随机选取本院护士62名作为研究对象,使用护士工作压力源量表、心理一致感量表及护士专业生活品质量表评价护士的工作压力、心理一致感、共情疲劳,分析心理一致感在护士工作压力与共情疲劳间的中介作用。结果护士工作压力与工作倦怠、二次创伤呈正相关(P<0.05),与心理一致感呈负相关(P<0.05);心理一致感与工作倦怠、二次创伤呈负相关(P<0.05);心理一致感在护士工作压力与工作倦怠、二次创伤之间具有中介效应,工作压力对工作倦怠的直接效应为0.364,间接效应为0.305,在总效应中的比例分别为54.41%、45.59%,工作压力对二次创伤的直接效应为0.316,间接效应为0.161,在总效应中的比例分别为66.25%、33.75%。结论心理一致感在肿瘤医院护士工作压力与共情疲劳间起到部分中介作用,通过评估护士心理一致感水平并及时干预,可减轻工作压力引起的共情疲劳问题。

Objective To explore the mediating role of psychological coherence in the work stress and empathy fatigue of nurses in tumor hospitals.Methods From January to June 2021,62 nurses in our hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects.The nurses’work stressor scale,psychological consistency scale and nurses’professional quality of life scale were used to evaluate nurses’work pressure and psychological consistency Sense and empathy fatigue,the mediating role of psychological consistency in nurses’work stress and empathy fatigue were analyzed.Results Nurses'work stress was positively correlated with job burnout and secondary trauma(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with psychological consistency(P<0.05);psychological consistency was negatively correlated with job burnout and secondary trauma(P<0.05);Psychological consistency has a mediating effect between nurses’job stress,job burnout and secondary trauma.The direct effect of job stress on job burnout was 0.364,the indirect effect was 0.305,and the proportions in the total effect were 54.41%and 45.59%,the direct effect of work stress on secondary trauma was 0.316,the indirect effect was 0.161,and the proportions in the total effect were 66.25%and 33.75%.Conclusion Psychological coherence plays a part of the mediating role between the work stress and empathy fatigue of nurses in cancer hospitals.By evaluating the level of nurses’psychological coherence and intervening in time,it helps to reduce the empathy fatigue caused by work pressure.
