西吡氯铵联合独一味胶囊对牙龈炎患者炎性因子的影响

Effects of Cetylpyridinium Chloride Combined With Duyiwei Capsules on Inflammatory Factors in Patients With Gingivitis

目的探讨西吡氯铵含漱液联合独一味胶囊在牙龈炎患者中的应用效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法选取2020年6—12月牙龈炎患者126例作为对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各63例。两组患者均采用正畸治疗,对照组采用西吡氯铵含漱液治疗,观察组联合独一味胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月,并对患者进行6个月的随访,比较两组牙龈恢复情况、炎性因子、安全性及复发率。结果两组干预1个月后牙龈各评分均低于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后牙龈指数(GI)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)及龈沟出血指数(SBI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预1个月后炎性因子白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、可溶性黏附分子1(soluble adhesion molecule 1,sICAM-1)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组用药期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组随访6个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西吡氯铵含漱液联合独一味胶囊用于牙龈炎患者中,能快速改善患者牙龈状态,降低患者远期复发率,且药物安全性较高,可能与两种药物联合使用降低患者炎性因子水平有关,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cetylpyridinium chloride gargle combined with Duyiwei capsule in patients with gingivitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 126 patients with gingivitis from June to December 2020 were selected as subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,63 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with orthodontic treatment,the control group was treated with cetylpyridinium chloride gargle,and the observation group was treated with Duyiwei capsule.Both groups were treated for 1 month continuously,and the patients were followed up for 6 months to compare the gum recovery of the two groups,Inflammatory factors,safety and recurrence rate.Results The gingival scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment one month after treatment(P<0.05);the gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and sulcus1bleeding index(SBI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 month after treatment(P<0.05);in the observation group,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Soluble adhesion molecule 1(sicAM-1),Prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and C Reactive protein(CRP)levels were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the 6-month follow-up recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For gingivitis patients,the combination of cetylpyridinium chloride gargle and Duyiyi capsule can rapidly improve the gingivitis status and reduce the long-term recurrence rate of patients,and the safety of the drug is high,which may be related to the combination of the two drugs to reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,so it is worth promoting the application.
