综合护理干预在甲状腺癌患者围手术期中的应用效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Perioperative Patients With Thyroid Cancer

目的观察分析对甲状腺癌患者手术治疗围手术期行综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2018年11月—2020年11月收治的甲状腺癌患者86例,采取随机数据分组,对照组43例采取常规护理,观察组43例采取综合护理干预,对两组护理前后患者疼痛情况、心理状态、并发症及护理满意度情况进行观察对比。结果观察组术后第3天视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组SDS和SAS评分明显降低,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.98%,明显低于对照组的23.26%(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度95.35%,明显高于对照组的72.08%(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺癌患者围手术期给予综合护理干预,有效改善患者疼痛和不良心理状态,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度,临床效果满意。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with thyroid cancer from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The pain,psychological state,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group on the third day was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores before nursing(P>0.05),but SDS and SAS scores in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than before,the observation group was better the than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than 23.26%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 72.08%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period can effectively improve the pain and bad psychological state of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
