摘要
蒸汽发生器事故保护系统钠水反应监测模块的功能实现是提高系统可靠性的关键,为此建立微小泄漏钠中氢离子扩散数学模型,采用CFD软件,对蒸汽发生器事故保护系统中氢离子扩散和输运过程进行了数值模拟,通过数值模拟研究了蒸发器、缓冲罐以及连接管道中氢离子浓度随时间的变化;同时,研究了采用注氢模拟蒸汽发生器发生钠水反应时钠水反应产物的扩散行为,为氢计布置选点提供依据。前述研究为获得高功能可靠性的钠水反应监测模块设计提供依据和指导。最后给出了蒸汽发生器事故保护系统设计验证应重点开展的试验内容。
The numerical simulation of the hydrogen ion diffusion and transport process in the steam generator accident protection system was carried out by CFD software.The change of hydrogen ion concentration in the evaporator,buffer tank and connecting pipeline was studied by numerical simulation.At the same time,according to the different hydrogen injection rate,the diffusion of sodium water reaction product in the steam generator reaction is given.It provides theoretical support for the reliability of the function of sodium water reaction monitoring module.Finally,a test scheme is designed to verify the design of the steam generator accident protection system.
