摘要
核电厂应急柴油发电机电子调速器在研发过程中,须对电子调速器功能进行仿真验证,以节省开发时间成本,同时可降低调速器样机与柴油发电机进行配机联调时出现重大技术问题的风险。以国内核电主流应急柴油发电机12PC2-6B为目标机型,建立了柴油发电机组的仿真模型。柴油发电机仿真模型包含气缸、进排气阀门、进排气管、涡轮增压器及曲轴等关键的核心部件,可以全面而具体的反映发动机的瞬态性能。基于调速器样机的实际控制算法,建立了电子调速器的仿真模型。在配机试验之前,将电子调速器仿真模型与柴油发电机组仿真模型进行仿真联调,模拟在起动、加载、卸载、超速保护等工况下的柴油发电机组的转速响应,对电子调速器控制算法进行了仿真验证。
In the research and development of electronic speed governor for emergency diesel generator,its function must be verified by simulation so as to save development time and avoid major technical problem in the phase of coordination between prototype governor and diesel engine.Based on the domestic mainly used diesel generator 12 PC2-6 B in nuclear power plant as the target model,the diesel generator simulation model was developed.The diesel engine model includes cylinders,inlet and exhaust valves and pipes,turbocharger,crankshaft and other core components,which can reflect the transient performance of diesel engine comprehensively and accurately.Based on the actual control algorithm of the prototype governor,the simulation model of the electronic governor was developed.Before the engine matching test,the simulation models of electronic governor and diesel engine were combined to simulate the speed response in starting,loading,unloading,overspeed protection progress,so as to verify the control algorithm of electronic governor.
