Neuroform EZ支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床疗效观察

The clinical effectiveness and safety of Neuroform EZ stent-assisted coil embolization for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm

目的:观察评估Neuroform EZ支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的有效性与安全性。方法:回顾性分析本中心2019年4月至2020年7月,采用Neuroform EZ支架辅助栓塞治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者资料,共纳入患者38例。所有患者术前行数字减影全脑血管造影(DSA)以明确诊断,术后即刻和术后6个月复查DSA造影,评估动脉瘤栓塞情况。结果:38例患者共39枚动脉瘤,共置入支架40枚,支架置入技术成功率100%,术后即刻动脉瘤完全闭塞率(Raymond I级栓塞)为56.4%(22/39),术后6个月随访时,动脉瘤的完全闭塞率为79.5%(31/39),发现载瘤动脉再狭窄1例(2.6%)。结论:Neuroform EZ支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤具有良好的有效性与安全性,但仍需长期随访和扩大样本量加以验证。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Neuroform EZ stent-assisted coil embolization for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm.Methods:The clinical data of 38 patients with intracranial aneurysms who received Neuroform EZ stent-assisted coil embolization were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography(DSA).The effectiveness and safety of Neuroform EZ stent were evaluated based on the immediate postoperative and 6 months followup reexamination DSA.Results:A total of 40 Neuroform EZ stents were used.Procedural technical success of Neuroform EZ stent deployment was 100%.All patients completed the 6-month angiographic follow-up.Immediate post-embolization mRaymond grading showed that 22 aneurysms(56.4%)achieved complete aneurysm angiographic occlusion(Raymond class I).Six months after treatment,DSA reexamination showed that the rate of Raymond class I was 79.5%(31/39).Restenosis:of the parent artery of aneurysm was detected in one case(2.6%).Conclusions:The Neuroform EZ stent in conjunction with coils demonstrated reliable effectiveness and safety in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.However,it needs to be further validated via longer follow-up and multicenter randomized controlled study.
