摘要
目的:探讨电子计算机X射线断层扫描技术(CT)扫描胎儿心脏大血管铸型标本是否能作为尸检的替代方法,指导产前超声诊断。方法:CT扫描8例胎儿心脏大血管铸型标本,生成二维和三维图像。对比分析产前超声诊断、铸型诊断及CT扫描心脏大血管铸型标本诊断结果。结果:CT扫描8例心脏大血管铸型标本图像能清晰地显示心脏大血管立体结构及其内部结构。其中6例超声诊断、铸型诊断、CT扫描心脏大血管铸型标本诊断结果一致;2例超声诊断与铸型诊断不完全一致,经CT扫描心脏大血管铸型标本验证,1例与铸型诊断一致,1例与超声诊断一致。结论:CT扫描心脏大血管铸型标本能弥补心脏大血管铸型对心内复杂结构显示不清的不足,可作为尸检替代方法,指导超声诊断,用于临床教学。
Objective:To explore whether cardiovascular cast model scanned by Computed Tomography(CT)can be used as an alternative method of autopsy to guide prenatal ultrasound diagnosis.Methods:Eight cardiovascular cast models were scanned by CT to generate two-dimensional and three-dimensional images.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis,casting diagnosis and CT diagnosis were comparatively analyzed.Results:The geometry and internal structures of eight cardiovascular cast models were clearly displayed by CT images.Among them,in six cases,the results of ultrasound diagnosis,casting diagnosis and CT diagnosis were consistent.While the other two cases,ultrasound diagnosis were incomplete consistent with casting diagnosis,then the two cases further confirmed by CT images of cast specimens,one case was consistent with the diagnosis of casting,and the other case was consistent with the diagnosis of ultrasound.Conclusions:Cardiovascular cast model scanned by CT can provide more additional information of cardiovascular internal structures.Therefore,it can be used as an alternative method of autopsy to guide ultrasound diagnosis for clinical teaching.
