双高视域下高职院校教学督导工作机制创新研究

Innovative Research on Teaching Supervision Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Double High

高职教育作为我国高等教育的有机组成部分,已经成为我国培养应用型、复合型、技能型人才的重要媒介,为社会发展、经济建设作出突出贡献。而在双高计划的影响下,高职院校现有的教学督导工作机制却存在诸多的问题,严重影响到高职院校推进双高建设工作的质量和效率。本文结合双高建设的基本内涵及教学督导的定位,探究高职教学督导工作所存在的问题,提出创新“督导机制”的策略和方法。

As an organic part of our country’s higher education,higher vocational education has become an important medium for cultivating applied,compound,and skilled talents in China,making outstanding contributions to social development and economic construction.However,under the influence of the double high plan,which seriously affect the quality and efficiency of the double high construction work of higher vocational colleges.This paper combines the basic connotation of double high construction and the positioning of teaching supervision,explores the problems existing in higher vocational teaching supervision,and proposes strategies and methods for innovative“supervision mechanism”.
