新时代高校师德师风建设长效机制的构建

Construction of Long-term Mechanism of Constructing College Teachers’Ethics in the New Era

随着我国教育事业的不断进步,党中央对于师德师风建设提出了更高的要求,并将师德师风作为评价教师队伍素质的第一标准。这也促使我国高等院校纷纷开展师德师风建设,呈现出良好态势。但在新时期下,高校师德师风建设也面临着全新的挑战,只有建立起师德师风建设长效机制,才能保证高校教师队伍职业道德和思想政治素养水平的全面提升。为此,本文主要从必要性、面临的挑战及构建策略等方面对高校师德师风建设长效机制的构建进行简要分析,希望能够给相关人员带来帮助。

With the continuous progress of education in China,the CPC Central Committee has put forward higher requirements for the construction of teachers’ethics,and has taken teacher ethics as the first standard to evaluate the quality of teachers.This has also prompted the Chinese institutions of higher learning to carry out the construction of teachers’ethics,show a good situation.However,in the new era,the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities also faces brand new challenges.Only by establishing a long-term mechanism of teachers’ethics construction,can we ensure the comprehensive improvement of the professional ethics and ideological and political literacy level of college teachers.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the construction of long-term mechanism of teacher ethics construction in colleges and universities from the aspects of necessity,challenges and construction strategies,hoping to bring help to relevant personnel.
