Higher Vocational Sports Industry Education Integration Collaborative Talent Cultivation Model

近年来,在有关教育政策的推动下,我国的体育教育也在快速地发展。体育人才供给不足的情况也越来越明显。在新时代背景下,构建产教融合人才培养形式是必然的选择,因为体育产业对人才需求有了更高的要求。因此,人才培养形式更加强调学校的人才培养的改革,主要从四个方面着手改革:企业、学校合作的形式;优化教学的内容;学校真正落实产教融合协同人才培育模式;构建完善的规章制度。充分培养学生的体育人文精神,加强学生的体育专业技能。

In recent years,with the promotion of relevant educational policies,China’s physical education is also developing rapidly.The shortage of sports talents is becoming more and more obvious.Under the background of the new era,it is an inevitable choice to build a talent training form integrating industry and education,because the sports industry has higher requirements for talents.Thus,in the form of talent training,more emphasis is placed on the reform of school talent training,mainly from four aspects:the form of cooperation between enterprises and schools;optimize the teaching content;the school really implements the talent cultivation mode of integration of industry and education;build perfect rules and regulations.We should fully cultivate students’sports humanistic spirit and strengthen students’sports professional skills.
