摘要
高校班级管理的质量一直受师生所关注,与此同时,我们也注意到了,班级管理的质量亟需提升也是一个不争的事实。究其原因,从大学生的教育管理的角度上来看,一是现有的主导的学分制管理模式在一定程度上制约了班级管理质量的提升,分散了班级的凝聚力,消减了班级的向心力,弱化了班级的战斗力;二是班级自我管理能力弱,在班级自我管理的理论发展、实践活动、管理诉求等方面的不足与匮乏也着实束缚了班级管理质量向更高水平更高层次的提升。
The quality of class management in colleges and universities has always been concerned by teachers and students.At the same time,we have also noticed that it is an indisputable fact that the quality of class management needs to be improved.From the perspective of college students’education management,firstly,the existing dominant credit system management mode restricts the improvement of class management quality to a certain extent,disperses the class cohesion,reduces the class centripetal force,and weakens the class combat effectiveness.Secondly,the class self-management ability is weak,in the theoretical development of class self-management,practical activities,management appeals and other aspects of the shortage and lack of really bound up the class management quality to a higher level and a higher level of promotion.
