摘要 新时代医学高职院校育人工作要以立德树人为根本指引,推进课程思政建设,需探索以高校层面构建辅导员与专业教师协同育人路径,形成课程思政“三全育人”模式。从探究高校两大育人主体课程思政协同育人的可能性、现实困境出发,探索从全员协同构建课程思政育人生态、全过程协同搭建育人平台、全方位协同建立健全制度设计的辅导员与专业课教师的课程思政协同育人路径。 The education work of medical vocational colleges in the new era should be based on fostering character and civic virtue as the fundamental guide, and promote the ideological and political construction of courses. It is necessary to explore the collaborative education path of counselors and professional teachers at the university level to form the course ideological and political “three-all education” mode. Starting from exploring the possibility and practical difficulties of ideological and political co-education of the two major education groups in colleges, this paper explores the path of course ideological and political cooperation education between instructors and professional course teachers from the whole staff to build curriculum ideological and political education ecology, the whole process of cooperation to build educational platform, all-round cooperation to establish and improve the system design.
