Exploration on the Curriculum Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

课程建设是“双高计划”高职院校的重要任务,教学改革只有进入课堂教学层面,才真正进入教育改革的深水区。江苏农牧科技职业学院《食品理化检测技术》课程在“双高计划”背景下进行了改革探索,基于课程内容分析及学情分析,将课堂教学与信息技术进行融合,构建基于工作过程的“三段五步递进式”混合式教学模式,校企共同开发立体化教学资源,落实课程思政,开展对学生的全方位多元考核,取得了良好的实践效果。高职院校推进课程改革重要抓手是提高教师信息化教学能力、强化课程教学创新团队建设、优化课程资源整合和在线开放课程建设力度、打造共建共享教学平台等。

Curriculum construction is an important task of “double high plan” higher vocational colleges. Only when the teaching reform enters the classroom teaching level, can it really enter the deep water area of education reform. The course of food physical and chemical detection technology in Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College has carried out reform and exploration under the background of “double high plan”. Based on the analysis of course content and learning situation, classroom teaching and information technology are integrated to build a “three-stage and five step” hybrid teaching mode based on working process. Schools and enterprises jointly develop three-dimensional teaching resources and implement the ideological and political education of the course. To carry out a comprehensive and diversified assessment of students has achieved good practical results. The key to promote curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges is to improve teachers’ information-based teaching ability, strengthen the construction of innovative teaching team, optimize the integration of curriculum resources and the construction of online open courses, and build a co-construction and sharing teaching platform.
