摘要
伴随我国经济的快速发展,我国综合实力不断增强,对外贸易更加频繁化,对商务英语专业人才呈现出较高的需求。然而当前在商务英语专业人才培养的过程中,却并未重视学生跨文化交际能力培养,导致商务英语人才难以适应经济形势发展,更影响了学生的就业与自我发展。因此,本文明确跨文化交际能力培养的内容与现实意义,基于当前商务英语教学中跨文化交际能力培养现状的基础上,提出商务英语教学设计与组织实施策略。
With the rapid development of our country’s economy, our country’s comprehensive strength continues to increase, foreign trade becomes more frequent, and there is a higher demand for business English professionals. However, in the current process of cultivating business English professionals, it does not pay attention to the cultivation of students’ cross-cultural communication skills, which makes it difficult for business English talents to adapt to the development of the economic situation, and also affects students’ employment and self-development. Therefore, this article clarifies the content and practical significance of the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence. Based on the current situation of intercultural communicative competence training in current business English teaching, this article proposes business English teaching design and organizational implementation strategies.
