On the Prospect of Credit Standardization in the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

系统梳理社会信用体系建设和信用标准化的发展脉络,认为“十三五”时期信用标准化发展环境向好,信用标准化活动呈现百花齐放局面,但在信用标准化发展过程中,需求侧、供给侧、监管侧等仍存在一些问题。“十四五”时期,全面深化改革为社会信用体系建设提出新课题,数字经济发展加速社会信用体系建设纵向横向融合发展,建设高标准市场体系和实施标准化纲要推动高质量发展凸显信用标准化的重要地位,信用标准化发展前景应引起充分关注。

By systematically sorting out the development of China’s social credit system construction and credit standardization,this article argues that the development environment of credit standardization in the 13th Five-Year Plan period is positive,and credit standardization activities are blossoming,but there are still some problems to be solved on the demand side,supply side and regulatory side in the process of credit standardization development.In the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the comprehensive deepening of reform puts forward new issues for the construction of social credit system,the development of digital economy accelerates the vertical and horizontal integration of social credit system construction,the construction of a high-standard market system and the implementation of the standardization program to promote high-quality development highlight the important position of credit standardization.Therefore,full attention should be paid to the prospect of credit standardization development.
