Research on Integrating Law-related Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in New Era

立足“新时代”历史方位,深入系统研究法治与创新创业教育的融合,使二者相互联系、相互支撑,形成良性循环的运行状态,为大学生的创新创业实践提供方法论基础,符合我国建设社会主义法治国家的战略要求。法治与创新创业教育具有融合的基础:首先,二者教育目标具有一致性;其次,二者教育内容互补互促;最后,二者教育形式贯通对接。融合策略包括结合教育目标,深入挖掘教育内容,区分教学工作评价和教学效果评价等。高校应当将法治与创新创业教育融合纳入规划考量,合理利用多种教育载体对法治进行各种形式的渗透,为创新创业大学生注入精神动力与法治信念。

Based on the historical position of“new era”,the in-depthandsystematicstudyof the integration of the rule of law and innovation and entrepreneurship education will make the two interrelated and mutually supportive,forming a virtuous cycle of operation,providing a methodological basis for the innovation and entrepreneurship practice of college students,which is in line with the strategic requirements of building a socialist country ruled by law in China.Integration of law-related education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,encouraging expand ideas of higher education,cultivating the rule of law and the sense of innovation and entrepreneurship,laying a solid foundation for applied talent,creative talent,and practical talent training in colleges and universities.The integration of law-related education and innovation and entrepreneurship education have a basic premise.They are consistent with the objectives,complementary content,universal forms.Trying to integrate law-related education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in new era,we should link educational objectives,deeply explore educational contents,as well as distinguish assessment between task and efficacy.Colleges and universities should take the integration of the rule of law and innovation and entrepreneurship education into planning consideration,and make reasonable use of various educational carriers to permeate the rule of law in various forms,so as to inject spiritual motivation and belief in the rule of law into innovative and entrepreneurial students.
