德技并修:新时代高职学生全面发展的进路探究

Combination of Morality and Skill:the Approach of All-round Development of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era

培养德智体美劳全面发展的人是我国教育事业的初心使命,更是落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求。本文以立德树人这一教育根本目标为遵循,立足高职院校学生发展的实际,剖析了德技并修融入高职学生成长成才的重要价值。从推动主流价值观教育、构筑多元的社会评价体系、提升学生的德技践行能力等维度探求了德技并修育人观融入高职学生全面发展的出路。

Cultivating people with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor is not only the original mission of China’s education,but also the internal requirement of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.Following the fundamental goal of building morality and cultivating people,and based on the reality of students’development in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the important value of integrating morality,technology and cultivation into the growth and success of higher vocational students.This paper explores the way out for the integration of morality,technology and cultivation into the all-round development of higher vocational students from the dimensions of promoting the education of mainstream values,building a diversified social evaluation system and improving students’ability to practice morality and technology.
