高层次人才是高质量发展的关键。研究生培养规模逐渐扩大,高校新晋导师数量随之增多。导师教育行为水平的高低直接关系着研究生的培养质量。研究生导师作为一种特殊的教师,在知识、技能、品德方面都有着特定的要求。通过有计划的长期系统培训、新晋导师发展性评价机制、新晋导师自主学习、培养实践中总结反思等多种路径,不断提升新晋导师专业能力。

High-level talents are the key to high quality development.With the gradual expansion of postgraduate training scale,the number of new tutors in colleges and universities is increasing.The level of tutors’educational behavior is directly related to the quality of postgraduate training.As a special kind of teacher,graduate tutor has specific requirements in knowledge,skills and moral character.Through planned long-term systematic training,development evaluation mechanism of new mentors,independent learning of new mentors,summary and reflection in training practice and other ways,the professional competence of new mentors is constantly improved.
