“双一流”建设背景下的高校所属企业体制改革工作研究

Research on the System Reform of Higher College Enterprises under the Background of“Double First Class”Construction

随着市场经济发展,我国高校所属企业问题凸显,给高校持续健康发展带来隐患。2018年6月,《国务院办公厅关于高等学校所属企业体制改革的指导意见》文件印发,对高校所属企业体制改革工作提出了明确要求。本文以高校“双一流”建设为视角,分析高校所属企业体制改革工作对“双一流”建设的支撑作用、存在的问题并提出对策建议。

With the development of market economy,the problems of enterprises affiliated to colleges and universities in China are prominent,which bring hidden dangers to the sustainable and healthy development of higher colleges.In June 2018,“The Guidance of the General Office of the State Council on the Reform of the System of Enterprises Affiliated to Colleges and Universities”was issued,which put forward clear requirements for the reform of the system of enterprises affiliated to colleges and universities.From the perspective of“double first class”construction in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the supporting role,existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of the enterprise system reform in colleges and universities.
