Research on the Promotion of the Party’s Cohesion and Influence on Ethnic College Students in Non-ethnic Higher Colleges

重视民族大学生教育和发展工作一直是国家的重要战略。本文结合工作实际,在分析非民族高校民族大学生特征的基础上,剖析当前非民族高校中党对民族学生凝聚力和影响力面临的现实困境,进而从四个维度提出破解之道,提升高校党建工作的针对性和实效性。

Attaching importance to the education and development of ethnic college students has always been an important national strategy.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of ethnic college students in non-ethnic universities,this paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of the Party’s cohesion and influence on ethnic students in non-ethnic colleges,and then puts forward solutions from four dimensions to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Party construction in the universities.
